The property

Lake Sparrow embodies the cozy feel of a cottage but with enough space to accommodate all of your friends, family, or colleagues. Our welcoming resort is ideal for organizing retreats, small weddings, or group getaways.

 

Located on the shore of Sparrow Lake, guests can enjoy the natural beauty of Southern Muskoka and a range of amenities and activities.  
 

The guest house 

Our guesthouse boasts ten rooms and enough amenities and activities to entertain guests of all ages and backgrounds. 


Each room features an ensuite bathroom and private entrance. The entire house is equipped with fast WiFi. You'll feel comfortable year-round with air conditioning and heating in every room. 


Guests can enjoy shared access to a large living area, game room, gym, sauna, and commercial kitchen. 

Lake Sparrow grounds 

Lake Sparrow Guest House is located directly on the shores of Sparrow Lake, allowing guests to swim in the lake and enjoy a variety of of water activities. With kayaks, life vests, and other equipment you can borrow for free, there is no shortage of fun to be had.

Out in the yard, you can also have a splash in the pool or a relaxing soak in the hot tub. If you’d prefer land-side activities, there are plenty of trails to explore nearby.  

Our rooms

The rooms at Lake Sparrow are fitted with everything you'll need to stay comfy. All rooms have a direct view of the lake. Feel free to use our complimentary toiletries, and to store drinks or snacks in the mini fridge. The rooms are built with ensuite bathrooms and have both air conditioning and heating.

Lake Sparrow Guest House is the ideal setting for small and medium-sized events. We've hosted beautiful weddings, lively family reunions, and rejuvenating retreats. 

 

Our indoor living space and the yard are large enough for workshops, team-building activities, and marriage ceremonies! Catering's a breeze thanks to our large commercial kitchen, and we can even help you coordinate live music (ask us about our party band!).
